However, as an independent sale associate you will be running your own business, developing your own client relationships and maintaining your own schedule.

Sustaining success as an independent sales associate will be based on your ability to build your book of business – clients that you work with and that refer you to their friends and family. These include a company-provided agent branded website integrated with a full-featured CRM system.
Successfully complete 75 hour salesperson course at a licensed school and upon successful completion of the course receive a “Certificate of Completion” to register to take a state licensing exam. Applicant must be 18 years of age and have a high school education or equivalency.
